By using Effortless Hosting, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Your Account

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for your account and everything published under it. One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not publish:

• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence
• Spam or content designed solely for SEO manipulation
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content

4. Content

You own your content. We don't claim any rights to it. However, you grant us the right to host and serve it as part of the service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to give notice when possible, but reserve the right to act immediately for serious violations.

6. Availability

We'll do our best to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided “as is” without warranty.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
